HOW TO ORDER

As we are a family business, we prefer to have direct client contact; for this reason  this is a information only web site.

Once you have agreed your order we will send you an invoice  by email or post, which is payable on receipt by bank transfer or cheque.
We can also accept Credit Card payments via PayPal, but there is NO additional charge for this.

We will deliver your wines within 5days from receipt of cleared funds to our bank account.
For export orders, we will release wines to your freight forwarder within 5 days from receipt of cleared funds to our bank account.

Our Prices: Are to be understood as inclusive of FREE DELIVERY to your UK Mainland address, and are inclusive of UK Duty, and VAT @17.5%.
All deliveries outside UK Mainland or EXPORT will be at cost; please ask for a quote.

Most wines can be bought on an 'In Bond' basis by the case if required (e.g. for export outside of the EU or for In Bond storage in a Customs and Excise approved warehouse).

Payment is due on receipt of invoice and can be made by Bank Transfer or Cheque in Pounds Sterling or Euros.
Credit Cards can only be accepted via PayPal.
All wines remain the property of R&B Wines Ltd, until paid in full.

Export Orders: All prices are valid ex-cellars, we are happy to quote delivery costs or to to put you in touch with a reputable Freight Forwarder who can arrange Insurance, Export Packaging and Transport outside of UK Mainland.
