Fresh nose combines peach, spice, menthol and hazelnut, along with a
suggestion of dried fruits. Fat, round and quite dry, with the exotic
hint carrying through in the mouth. But this fresh, juicy Chablis
possesses excellent richness of fruit for its appellation. |
